Lots of new pictures this time, since Fateback's been fussy and wouldn't let me update...
The apartment on the other side of the other half of my building (so, next to the one next to us) had a fire in one of the lower apartments right around New Year's. It was surreal waking up (around noon, admittedly) to a news crew on TV reporting live from our shared parking lot. More surreality occured while they were cleaning out the building:
I also took a shot of the skyline from the bathroom window, just because I like how close we are to downtown:
